Weekly Yoga Class | Mondays 7-8pm

A friendly and lighthearted yoga class suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience.

Combining movement with breath and moments of stillness, this class aims to help you find balance and a sense of calm. The sequence of asanas (postures) work all parts of the body to increase strength and flexibility. Modifications and props are offered ensuring the practice is available to everyone. Savasana (relaxation) at the end helps the body absorb all the benefits of the practice and offers an extended time to completely relax your body and mind. 

Classes are £7 per person, or you can purchase a block of 6 classes for £35.

Yoga mats and props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.

Free Park Yoga

From 5th May to 1st September, Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness has teamed with The Fine Family Foundation, South Gloucestershire Council and Friends of Page Park Association to run a second year of Park Yoga.

Park yoga is a free one hour outdoor yoga session.

It will be held every Sunday morning from 10am-11am in the sensory garden in Page Park, Staple Hill, throughout the summer starting on May 5th and running until September 1st.

Everyone is invited, including children, and all abilities are welcome. If you are looking to experience yoga for the first time, try a new class or just want to enjoy the natural surroundings then we would love to see you there. Just bring your mat or a towel, and some water and be part of something great!

Classes will be run by myself, Pippa from Press Pause Yoga and Mindfulness, and Donna from This Yogic Life. We hope to see you there!

Sunday Morning Yoga

The Sunday Morning Yoga classes at The Nest are open to all the family and all levels. Come and join us to get your Sunday off to a great start!

We are asking for a minimum donation of £3 per adult, with under 14s free. Some mats will be provided, but best to bring your own if you have one.

Please note: classes are limited to 20, so get there early! We'll start the class when it is full.  

Classes March - April 2019. (From May classes will be held outside in the park and will be free to attend.)

Candlelit Yoga Class

Candlelit Yoga Class

Join me for an hour and half of mindful movement, moments of stillness and extended relaxations, lit by candle light and with a background of lovely music. Leave grounded, relaxed and restored.

Mats, props and blankets will be provided (but please feel free to bring your own). Jumpers and socks are a good idea too for when we slow the practice down.

Places are limited to 14, so please get in touch to pre-book your place. £10 per person. Please ask if you have any questions x
