Join me for an hour and half of mindful movement, moments of stillness and extended relaxations, lit by candle light and with a background of lovely music. Leave grounded, relaxed and restored.
Mats, props and blankets will be provided (but please feel free to bring your own). Jumpers and socks are a good idea too for when we slow the practice down.
