A friendly and lighthearted yoga class suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience.
Combining movement with breath and moments of stillness, this class aims to help you find balance and a sense of calm. The sequence of asanas (postures) work all parts of the body to increase strength and flexibility. Modifications and props are offered ensuring the practice is available to everyone. Savasana (relaxation) at the end helps the body absorb all the benefits of the practice and offers an extended time to completely relax your body and mind.
Classes are £7 per person, or you can purchase a block of 6 classes for £35.
Yoga mats and props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
